Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of PsyHome (the "app"), the website, and the platform API, operated by Changsha Geili Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). By using PsyHome you accept these terms.
1. What PsyHome is
PsyHome is a software tool that helps counseling professionals organize case materials and conduct AI-assisted supervision dialogues. It is a productivity tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.
2. Your professional responsibility
- You are solely responsible for your clinical decisions. AI output is reference material for your professional judgment, never a substitute for it.
- You are responsible for the legality of the materials you digitize, and for maintaining the confidentiality obligations of your profession and jurisdiction.
- You must use pseudonyms or de-identified material as required by your professional ethics and applicable law.
- PsyHome is not a crisis service. If a client is in crisis, follow your professional protocols and local emergency resources.
3. Accounts and the platform API
The local features need no account and are free forever. Once you register an account, you can use the platform cloud AI; the service is provided by us free of charge. The service is currently free. We may throttle or suspend use of the platform AI that indicates resale, automation abuse, or credential sharing.
4. Acceptable use
- No attempting to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform API beyond normal app use
- No reselling or sharing platform API access
- No use of the service in violation of applicable law or professional regulation
5. AI output
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inapplicable to your context. We make no warranty about the correctness of model output. The choice of AI provider (your own key or our platform relay) and the interpretation of output are yours.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The local features operate entirely on your device and are unaffected by any platform outage. We may modify or discontinue platform features with reasonable notice; if we discontinue the platform AI, your on-device data and any third-party account you connected are unaffected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including clinical outcomes, lost data on your device, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is zero, as the service is currently free).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the courts at our principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another venue.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
